Yes Finally!! I spent two weeks drawling, editing and thinking up personalities for these two. I really had fun doing this and I'm pleased with my results 
Notice the resemblance? Yes this is my rendition of what would happen if Knuckles and Rouge wanted a family and kids. The first born on the left is Topaz, 13 years old and next to her is Dedrick, 10 years old.
Topaz is the next entity in line to guard the Master Emerald since she is the most recent echidna born; Right now she is in-training, being taught the magic and the methods of a guardian until the time comes where she must take the responsibility. Topaz is a beautiful, down to earth teen who is typically nice but definitely has a fierce temper if angered.
Our female echidna is also ambitious, having a passion to one day become a singer or even a model. For a girl involved in an ancient prophecy and ultimately being a guardian, she is more interested in pop culture and shows musical talent of her own, including playing the piano, guitar and singing rather than showing interested in her destined role.
Topaz frequently engages in petty arguments with Dedrick, who she sees as immature being her little brother but deep down she knows the types of difficulty he has so she's always looking out for him.
Dedrick is a brave and daring boy who loves to get wrapped up in adventure, except he loathes it when he is thought or referred to as the baby of the family which makes want to prove people entirely wrong. He may seem like a classic impulsive and cheeky little brother but that is only one side to this complex character, He can be very secretive since he doesn't like to show his feelings but in his heart he is very protective of those he cares for.
Unlike his sister who cares little about being a guardian and more about life off Angel Island, Dedrick desires to be the next guardian to a grand legacy and can’t believe that the opportunity was given to his older sister, who isn’t even concerned about the role, just because she’s an echidna. He wishes so much to be that important individual and this is mainly where his frustration comes from and his annoyance for his sister.
Dedrick’s favourite role model is his father and while this bat boy is easy to figure out, he has a deep, dark secret that causes him unhappiness.
